    OK, have you heard about Lincoln University yet? If you haven't, don't worry. The story about it requiring its overweight students to take a fitness class before accepting a diploma is bound to come up as your and your family pass the sweet potato casserole at the Thanksgiving table.

    I'm sure everyone will have an opinion on this one. Here's mine: this is ridiculous! What's next? If people don't deem you poised enough for post-graduation life, you have to go to a charm school? A mandatory makeover for students found unattractive? A student's health and intellect are not the same thing. Colleges and universities should focus on mentally preparing students for the real world, not berating them about their health and appearance.
