I have a very bad habit of falling asleep with the t.v. on in my bedroom and when I do , it disturbs my sleep greatly.

I've been pretty good about turning it off and getting a good nights sleep but last night I did not, and early this morning I was awaken out of my sleep by the words of Mr.(NOT President) John Mccain:

"It is nothing short .... nothing short.......of Generational theft.."

in reference to the stimulus bill that is being passed.

Amazing.

This is the SAME man that "cut his campaign short" to go back to Washington.. and help craft and sign and pass the stimulus that was passed under George Bush which held NO ONE accountable and just gave out money willy nilly.

Yes, Obama signed it too. No excuses for anyone but it was during one of the most crucial campaigns in history and we all know if Obama had not signed it my goodness we might have had Mccain and Palin in office right now.

Obama's critics would have used it against him and the democrats as if they did not want to help fix the economy that George and the republicans broke.

They are all a part of going along with the Bush"stimulus" bill that STILL has no accountability as far as how and where the money has gone. There are all KINDS of meetings and hearings going on and CEO's being punished and ridiculed. Why did the governmenmt give them the money in the first place? With NO STIPULATIONS? Yet now everybody wants to ask them questions AFTER the fact and that money is just GONE . SPENT. That Mr. NOT President Mccain is Generational Theft...

Obama is President now. He HAS to take action. He HAS to do what it takes to get the economy back on track and that means that a REAL stimulus packge which includes proactive (NOT reactive scrutiny) regulation and accountability had to be drafted, passed and IMPLEMENTED- i.e.ACTION TAKEN
