Charge Against Teen In Chicago Beating Dropped

According to CNN, prosecutors dropped a murder charge against Eugene Bailey in the beating death last month of a Chicago honors student. Bailey said he considered Derrion Albert a "good friend" and approached police offering to help in their investigation.
