Daniel Martin, an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper, has been suspended for five days and ordered to undergo an anger assessment after cell phone video of him attacking an ambulance driver circulated online. The video shows Martin putting paramedic Maurice White Jr. in a choke hold and cussing at White, while a patient is in the back of the ambulance. A relative of the patient took the video.
Meanwhile, White is "disappointed by the lax punishment," said his attorney, Richard O'Carroll. White has filed a federal lawsuit against Martin as a result of the May 24 incident. In the video, the trooper yelled at White, accusing him of not getting out of his way on the road quickly. (CBS News)
