Martin Luther King Jr.'s children avoided jury trial by reaching a settlement on how to best control their father's estate.
The new settlement will allow for a third-party custodian to temporarily to run King Inc., the corporation that controls the use of their father’s papers, intellectual property and materials. (Atlanta Journal Constitution)
