High Speed Rail In The Works From Obama

According to ABC News, another topic expected to be covered after President Obama delivers his State Of The Union address is the introduction of high-speed rail plans and its promise of new jobs.
The plans are estimated to cost $8 billion and will be covered in detail on Thursday alongside Joe Biden in Tampa, Fl.
