Michael Jackson's 'This Is It' Single Isn't So New, Costs Estate Big

Michael Jackson's This Is It song already has a lot of fans, but songwriter Paul Anka isn't one of them. Anka, 68, co-wrote the song with Jackson in 1983 and said this week he would sue the Jackson estate if he didn't get credit. It worked, because estate administrators gave Anka 50 percent of the copyright. But that wasn't the only problem with the release of This is It. Fans also learned a Puerto Rican singer recorded his own version of the song in the early '90s. (Reuters)
