Pay Czar Finalizes Rulings On TARP Pay Plans

According to Reuters, the Obama administration's pay czar, Kenneth Feinberg, said on Tuesday he is finalizing his determinations for the compensation packages at the top earners at bailed out firms and may release the results to the public before his October 30 deadline.
