According to MTV.com, Rihanna premiered the first single from her fourth album which will debut on Nov. 23. The album entitled Rated R was produced by Tricky Stewart, Justin Timberlake, Chase & Status and Stargate. The first single Russian Roulette out Tuesday Oct. 20 was written and produced by Ne-Yo.
