U.S. Ends Aid To Honduras

The United States will stop aid programs temporarily to Honduras until the country resolves its two-president crisis. The government hopes to iron out a compromise between new provisional president, Robert Micheletto, and the ousted President Jose Zelaya, who planned to return to the Honduran capital Thursday.
U.S. officials said they are monitoring the crisis until a final decision is made on a ruler. Last year, the U.S. gave more than $40 million in aid to the Latin American country. (CNN International)
