- Most of the problems that disadvantaged blacks or any disadvantaged people have can be related back to a lack of education. Think about it... If there is one thing that should be fixed it's the education system. A whole lot of America's problems would go away or at least lessen if people were more educated. read more

read more- I don't think highlighting a distinction between "white America" and "black America" is racist because the fact of the matter is there IS a difference between the two communities whether you want to acknowledge it or not. I don't understand how stating facts in a news story can worsen the "racial climate" in America by simply commenting on them. People don't have to get on the internet to be convinced of things that they feel and experience in their own lives. It's easy to say that we should just ignore racial disparities but it's much harder to take the time to get a real grasp on the issues behind the scenes. Your comments don't reflect an understanding of the "racial climate" that you're living in and continuing down this road of ignorance will only exacerbate said race problem you've oversimplified.
read more- I think that street culture and it's destructive ideas are some of the biggest problems that black men and boys face. It seems that all other problems that they deal with boil down to this main. My question is, what can we do as a community (in addition to individually and as parents) to combat these destructive behaviors, ideas, images, etc.? Brooklyne Gipson, editorial assistant

However, there is a debate as to whether or not giving away music for free is a smart idea and how this free market philosophy will affect the overall quality of music.
