Chris Brown is a great kid/young man who made a terrible mistake. As a christian, I forgive him. As a black woman, I forgive him. As a parent of a young girl, I forgive him. Everyone who has something negative to say about him, I will pray that you never make a mistake and have to be judged by another. Also, please keep in mind that even though it's not an excuse, Chris Brown did not wake up one day saying he was going to beat on this girl. Domestic violence is a learned behavior, for the victim as well as the perpetrator. I think Chris Brown is brave to even be out in the public at this time in the midst of the animosity. He knows who keeps him and who his ultimate judge is. To all the negativity-spewers: if you were never given a second chance (from anyone), where would you be right now?
