Ambani: Asias wealthiest, 18 Indian families in top 50

As we all aware of that Mukesh Ambani is tops the Indias richest billionaires. For the last few years, he is maintaining the top slot in the list of Forbes magazine. But now this family for the first time has stood on the top position in the Asia.

Ambanis family total net worth reached $44.8 billion. The Ambanis family net worth has increased $19 billion compared to the previous year Forbes said. Along with the Ambanis family, 18 other Indian families in the top 50.

The top richest family Korea’s Lees of the Samsung empire of the Asia has dropped into the second position with its wealth soar by $11.2 billion to $40.8 billion this year. Samsung company shares raised up to 75%.

According to the ranking by Forbes, Hong Kong’s Kwok family, Asia’s richest real estate household that controls Sun Hung Kai secured the third position.  Hong Kong’s Kwok family net wealth is $40.4 billion. Thailand’s Chearavanont family of the Charoen Pokphand Group occupies the next position ( fourth position). 2.  The second place is occupied by Lee (Byung-Chull) (South Korea) – 40.8 billion dollars

3.  The third position is occupied by Kwok, Hong Kong – 40.4 billion dollars

4. The fourth slot is occupied by  Chearavanont (Thailand) –  36.6 billion dollars

5. The fifth place is secured by Hartono (Indonesia) – 32 billion dollars

6. The sixth position is secured by Lee (Shau Kee) (Hong Kong) – 29 billion dollars

7.  Kwek / Quek  (Malaysia) – 23.3 billion dollars stood in the seventh place.

8. The eighth position is secured by Cheng Family (Hong Kong) –  22.5 billion dollar

9. The ninth slot is occupied by Sy (Philippines) – 20.1 billion dollars

10.  Chirathivat family (Thailand) –  19.3 billion dollars stood on the tenth position.
