Creta (Creta), the SUV car of Hyundai Motors (Hyundai Motors), the country’s second-largest carmaker, has proved to be a superstar despite the fierce competition in its segment. Due to the popularity it has gained over the last few years, there is a lot of interest in a new model of this SUV. In view of this, the company has been working on the 7-seater model of Hyundai Creta for quite some time. The 7-seater SUV coming to India may be named Hyundai Alcazar (Hyundai Alcazar). Leaked documents have revealed that Hyundai has recently filed a trademark application for a new SUV named Alcazar in India.
Hyundai Motor India Limited has recently trademarked Alcazar in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The company filed this application on 12 April 2020. The company has proposed this name for the SUV (Sports Utility Vehicles). There is no other model named Alcazar in the international market. This means that it will be a new SUV car. Hyundai is going to bring a bigger version of the Creta in India, so it is expected that the 7-seater version of the Creta will be offered as Hyundai Alcazar.
The 7-seater Creta has been spotted worldwide testing, and one of them was recently spotted in India as well. However, there is no information on whether the 7-seater Creta will be called Alcazar in international markets or not. But, just like the Creta, it will be sold in China by making some minor changes to the interior of this SUV. Significantly, Hyundai’s upcoming SUV was recently spotted during testing in South Korea. Which indicates that this SUV will soon be sent to the production line. However, there has been no official statement from Hyundai about the launch of this SUV and it is not known that it will be launched in India.
