Ola Electric is set to introduce two-wheeler electric in India next year

based cab service provider Ola is now entering the electric vehicle market. Its subsidiary Ola Electric will launch an electric two-wheeler in India and the global market . For this, Ola Electric has acquired electric scooter company Etergo BV of Needland. Ola Electric will introduce its electric two-wheeler in the Indian market. Netherlands electric scooter company Etergo was founded in 2014. This company is famous for its AppScooter. The scooter has won several awards worldwide for innovative design and engineering. These include several CES 2019 awards and Germany’s Automotive Brand Contest Award.

Etergo AppScooter was first introduced in the year 2018. This electric scooter runs for 240 kilometers once full charged. It has high energy density batteries, which can be swapped. The company claims that AppScooter is capable of accelerating from 0 to 45 kilometers per hour in 3.9 seconds. TFT Instrument Console is provided in AppScooter. There is a 50-liter storage capacity under the seat of the scooter.
