Users on networks have been alerting about an unfortunate error caused by a wallpaper on the screen. According to newspaper El Tiempo, the error seems to affect certain devices that run the current version of Google’s operating system, Android 10.
It is a sun setting landscape behind the mountains, in the middle of the pink sky and over a large lake; that freezes or locks the smartphone’s screen when it’s selected as the wallpaper.
But, why are phones blocking this image? Upon activating that wallpaper, an operating system error causes the screen to flicker. In some more severe cases, restoring the software and configuring it at the factory was necessary. According to the BBC, Samsung has already reported that it will release a software update this week, but Google has not responded.
